I am addicted to software development for more than 25 years. I embrace complex challenges with incremental development and continuous delivery. I identify the right stakeholders and together we define vision, goals and epics on a roadmap. We get to a shared understanding about the required capabilities and the solution. I know when to pull in experts, how to agree on a solid architecture, and how to deliver working software that also accounts for change management, training, documentation, hiring and team building. I communicate transparently and visually.
I’ve built a track record of success across very different industries — not by being the deepest specialist in the room, but by gaining the proper abstraction level and removing blockers in a structured, constructive way.
My background and my nature is agile through and through. You get the Agile Coach always alongside the Product Owner — very helpful in times of transition, starting from scratch, innovation and fundamental change.
